Ramen, Food of Champions!
Today, experiencing one of the first bored days of my university career, I realized I had the largest craving for ramen. Beautiful, fresh ramen.
For those uninitiated on the beautiful food, ramen is a pork-broth based noodle soup from Japan that’s simmered for hours and served with a wide variety of ingredients. These may include pork, naruto (fish cakes, BELIEVE IT!), spring onions, tamago (egg), menma (bamboo shoots), nori (dried seaweed), and many other delicious toppings!

So like any other student, I googled up “best ramen in toronto”, and found out is is conveniently located nearby! Yay!
So, tomorrow I’m trekking out to Kenzo Ramen on Dundas Street. It sounds AMAZING, with a whole range of ramen and side options, as well as a well illustrated website that includes such mouth-watering images like the one above. It’s an adventure!
